What happens after I send a report?
We check it against the practice's own website or Google Maps listing, or against the official source for a guide, before changing anything. The page's "last checked" or "last updated" date changes when it is corrected.
Can I report a practice that has closed?
Yes. Google marks closures on its listings and a permanently closed practice is always excluded, but tell us if one is still shown so we can check and remove it in the next refresh.
Do you remove listings on request?
We correct factual errors and remove places that are closed or are not dental practices. We list public Google Maps information, so a practice cannot buy or negotiate a different position or description.
